She was a big star at Banana Joe’s Bar, Where she sang karaoke every night. [/blockquote]_________________________________ Haleigh smiled at Ty, he seemed to be lost in thought. She hoped that he wasn’t working himself up into a nervous state. At least, he seemed calm on the outside. She smiled, maybe they would have to drink and ride. She smiled again, that sounded silly but it was something that she wanted to try one day. Just because it seemed so much fun. Sounds like I’ll be very relaxed then. I’m planning to set a record for falling off a horse in one day, or maybe in ten minutes. Haleigh chuckled. Well I’ve seen worse. I’ve seen maybe in one minute. She paused, smiling at the memory. My dad was trying to ride my horse, and he thought that he could master her. But he couldn’t. She dominated him in a minute. That was when we realized that she had bonded to me and would only allow me to ride her. Horses like that are difficult to ride. And it’s hard to know that you’ve bought a one-rider kind of horse until you put the second rider on. She giggled, she can still remember the shock on her father’s face as he laid there in the mud, completely and utterly shocked out of his mind. Haleigh had to quickly come over there to get her mare away from her dad before she stomped on her. Not only did he fall off in about a minute, but he also landed in mud. She paused, At least it was a soft landing I suppose. She giggled again, it was a memory that she kept close to her heart.
Haleigh smiled, she had made him chuckle again which lifted her heart. Is he really? What a coincidence, because I heard that she was also quite the singer. They sound like they really have a lot in common. Haleigh smiled, watching his face turn a little red when she had leaned closer to him. She wished that she didn’t have to move away. The smell of his cologne had made her hear skip a beat; it had smelled really good. Even though they had just met, she honestly felt like she’d known him for her whole life. Maybe it was because they’d swapped family stories and were pretty open with one another. She had never been in such an open relationship before, except for her and her father’s relationship. Well, I don’t know for sure, but there is a rumour going around that they might do a duet. They are so cute together! She smiled, she felt like she was thirteen again; gossiping about some couple that she had always wanted to be. She giggled. Yeah, I hear that they get along really, really well. She smiled at him once more, her cheeks were definitely starting to hurt her, although they were fairly numb from the alcohol which was a good thing or she wouldn’t have been able to smile as much as she as for the night.
Haleigh felt his hand on her arm, and even though it had been for a split second, she felt her arm tingle with a burning sensation. She gasped softly, he wouldn’t have been able to hear it unless he was close enough. Sounds like a plan, but it looks like I’m going to be the one having to work out much more to match up to your level of fitness. Haleigh’s cheeks turned pink. If anybody else gave her a compliment about her fitness she would have just waved them off; because she knew that that was one area where she succeeded well. But because it had come from Ty, it had made her blush. ‘What’s wrong with me?’ She asked herself, but smiled at Ty. Oh common - I’m not that strong! Besides there’s no farm for me to work on; yet. She smiled, she knew that he had been joking; of course he was stronger than she was - which was how it was supposed to be. She was joking as well, and after she spoke she winked, smiling at him again. She really needed to stop smiling or something… people probably thought there was something wrong with her; hell she would have believed them! If she hadn’t been zoned into Ty and completely ignoring the other people around them. Whether they were sitting down or dancing, she didn’t pay attention to anybody else but him.
Haleigh watched him smile, and returned one. At least he was smiling as much as she was. A foot rub it is then, and don’t worry about having a lot of clutter around. My home is like that sometimes also. Haleigh smiled, feeling reassured. I usually keep it more organized but lately I’ve just been feeling restless being cooped up inside and have spent more time out and about. I hope that changes when I get a farm going. She said, smiling once more in his direction. So, can you walk? I can carry you over to your car if you need me to. Haleigh smiled, she liked how he had offered to carry her, but she was independent and wanted to try on her own. Maybe she’d need him there as a support beam. Well I will try; just don’t get to far ahead or behind me! She said, straightening up in her seat and then standing. The room swayed a bit; but she could hold her alcohol better than most girls. Besides, she’d only had four beers. It was because she hadn’t eaten much before going out - which was a stupid move on her behalf. She put her hand on his shoulder, her feet where throbbing but she managed to keep most of the discomfort out of her face as she smiled to him. Well, we should get going, I’m not sure how much longer I can stand for. She giggled, her upper body swaying gently, like she was a leaf in the breeze. She waited for him to stand before slowly making her way to the exit, which thankfully was near them. It would be the soft grass outside that would make it more difficult for her to walk, especially because of her high heels.
oh oh see: yeah, let’s hope lol. XD

Well I’ve seen worse. I’ve seen maybe in one minute. Not only did he fall off in about a minute, but he also landed in mud. She paused, At least it was a soft landing I suppose. Ty listened to her little interesting story. It gave some insight to what his future experience would be like. It drew a couple chuckles from him, as it was quite amusing. "I can just picture all that, but instead of your dad being the victim, I'm going to be the one taking all that in." Ty joked. It was very likely that would be the outcome to his first experience with horse riding.
Everytime she smiled and laugh, Ty felt a sense of joy rush up into his mind. Perhaps it was those endorphins those scientists had been talking about these recent years. Those things that help a person be happy and all that. Well, I don’t know for sure, but there is a rumour going around that they might do a duet. They are so cute together! Yeah, I hear that they get along really, really well. Ty smiled, and chuckled a bit. "That's what I hear too. I also agree, they're quite cute together. All the things that I've been hearing about how they get along together is just amazing. Both of them agree on everything!" Ty smiled, now feeling a bit of soreness in his jaws, but it was all well worth it. All the smiling and laughing that he had done all night had done a toll to his mouth. The alcohol made it all better though. A natural painkiller they say.
She blushed again, as he commented on her fitness and as he tested out the quality of her arms. Ty just smiled at the sight of her having rosy cheeks. It was a sight that he could never get tired of seeing. Oh common - I’m not that strong! Besides there’s no farm for me to work on; yet. Ty smiled, as she smiled and winked at him. He liked how she would always wink every now and then. It just looked so darn adorable. "Don't be humble, you're quite strong. Just think of all that added farmwork later on. It'll put you in even better shape!" Ty joked. They both were zoning in on each other, exchanging smiles almost every single second. Thinking about it, people might've been watching them the whole time, thinking they were weird, and they wouldn't have noticed at all.
The two were still smiling at each other. It looked as if both of them couldn't get tired of it. I usually keep it more organized but lately I’ve just been feeling restless being cooped up inside and have spent more time out and about. I hope that changes when I get a farm going. Ty nodded. "That makes sense. You'll have that motivation to work when you get that farm running." Ty smiled. Well I will try; just don’t get to far ahead or behind me! She seemed to be more of the independent type, so Ty respected her request, but always sticking close by her, just in case she needed any extra help. "Don't worry about me. I wont leave you behind. I'll stick to you like honey." Ty joked, as he felt her hand on his shoulder. He held her arm with his hand as an attempt to help her balance, and had his other arm around her shoulder. Well, we should get going, I’m not sure how much longer I can stand for. She seemed to be swaying a bit. Perhaps she did have a bit too much. Alcohol and throbbing feet don't call for a good mix. He gripped her shoulder a little tighter, making sure she wont sway to the side and fall. It was a treat that the exit was near them. They made their way outside the bar with some ease at least, there weren't much problems. The grass outside was soft, thankfully, it would be a lot easier on her feet. "Easy now, we're not in any hurry." Ty said cheerfully still sticking close to Haleigh, assisting her take each step, making sure she's properly balanced.
OOC: I'm sure the home will be up quick. xD

She was a big star at Banana Joe’s Bar, Where she sang karaoke every night. [/blockquote]_________________________________ Haleigh watched him as she spoke, keeping any eye on his facial reactions. She had a habit of doing that, because she always wanted to make sure that she wasn’t saying something offensive to him. I can just picture all that, but instead of your dad being the victim, I’m going to be the one taking all that in. Haleigh giggled, but shook her head. She had more faith in Ty than that. She knew that he would be fine. Nah, you’ll be fine, trust me. That’s all you gotta do. Well - that and relax… and sit up tall… okay; the list gets a little long but once you get the hang of it, riding is really relaxing and enjoyable. I found it to be quite the stress remover when I was growing up. Being a teenager is very stressful. She smiled, even though she was being serious. It was the alcohol making her smile; and the fact that riding seemed to be fairly straightforward and simple when sometimes it could overwhelm the new riders. Having ridden for eight years or so, Haleigh is rather relaxed when she rides and does things subconsciously, rather than having to think things carefully through when you first start out. But everyone has to start out somewhere at sometime. Haleigh had taught an adult before, one who was in her late forties. It had been difficult, that’s for sure, because she wasn’t very flexible and was rather stiff when she was posting upon the horse. But Haleigh had tried to teach her, and at the end the women paid Hale about a hundred dollars after a full week’s worth of lessons, just because Haleigh had been so patient.
Hales sat his smile and heard his chuckle and her heart did that little stupid leap that it had been doing all night inside her rib cage. She swore that one time it was just going to jump out. That’s what I hear too. I also agree, they’re quite cute together. All the things that I’ve been hearing about how they get along together is just amazing. Both of them agree on everything! Haleigh laughed, he was really funny. She gained control of her herself and smiled, wanting to hug him for being so sweet. She didn’t think that she could get any words together to express how good he made her feel. Yeah, you’d think that they’ve known each other for years. I hear that they just met though. Quite an amazing story, and the fact that they agree on everything is just so rare it’s shocking. She smiled, she liked how she seemed to be able to joke around with him and not have to really worry if she hurt his feelings. Even though she’d just met him; she had already joked around with him for a bit, which is the first thing she does with someone… to make sure that she can really get along with them. Hales is the kind of person who likes to joke around, and she always has been. Sure, she can get serious most of the time but every once and a while she needs a good laugh or a good joke told to her. She had a feeling Ty was just the guy.
Haleigh had been jogging for quite some time, ever since she turned twelve years old. Why so young? Well she’d been in travel soccer, and had needed to keep her fitness up besides riding horses and working in the barns so she would jog around town, waving to people she knew, and blasting her country music through her iPod headphones. It had always been a joy for her; a highlight in her day. She would get up at 6:30am and by 7:00am rolled around she was panting and sweating, walking up her driveway to cool her body down. Guess all that hard work has finally paid off! Don’t be humble, you’re quite strong. Just think of all that added farm work later on. It’ll put you in even better shape! Haleigh smiled. I’ve seen more fit girls my age before, but at least I can eat and be this skinny. She didn’t understand why girls nowadays felt so much pressure from society that they would starve themselves to death. There was no way Haleigh could be like that, ever. She loves her food! Yeah - the farm work will help burn some excess energy that I’ve got now. I’ve had to jog for almost an hour each day just so that I’m able to sit in my home for a couple hours. Then I go out and try to write a song or two somewhere quiet. She was talking about her routine, by why? She looked at him for a moment, wondering why she was blabbing about this. She looked down, ashamed that she was blabbing too long. She wished that she could shut her mouth sometimes.
That makes sense. You’ll have that motivation to work when you get that farm running. Haleigh nodded, happy that he seemed to always see where she was coming from. Exactly. Heck, I might even be able to make a lesson - teaching job out of it so I won’t have to look for a second job. She wished that the economy was better here; it would make everything so much better. Don’t worry about me. I won’t leave you behind. I’ll stick to you like honey. Haleigh smiled, blushing. Good, that sounds really good. She looked away for a moment, to get the colour of her cheeks. When she had composed herself she looked back at him, feeling one of his hands on her arm and one on her shoulder. Easy now, we’re not in any hurry. She smiled, in reality she was. She wanted to get her shoes off and have that promised foot rub. She smiled in anticipation, but didn’t want her feet to get to far ahead of her. She slowed down, looking around for the moon and stars. She saw a few but it was the moon that caught her attention. Big, white, fat and round it hung in the sky, bathing everything in a greyish colour. Hales always looked for the moon and stars when she went outside. Too bad it distracted her feet, and she almost fell. She leaned her upper body backwards into Ty’s strong frame. She looked up into his face, smiling. Oops. Guess I can only focus on one thing at a time right now. She giggled, not moving. She just stared up into his gorgeous looking face, so close to hers.
oh oh see: here’s hoping! lol.

Ty smiled, and nodded. Being a teenager was stressful. It was a time of confusion and change. Any one teen needed one thing to have to really get away from it all. That one thing for Haleigh was riding horses it seemed, for Ty it was music, and music itself. Everyone had their own thing. "I trust you. Whatever you'll tell me to do, I'll go ahead and do it. Maybe it'll also be a stress remover for me also, and we can just go riding together when we have an off day, and go vent together." Ty smiled. He could trust her with anything it seemed. She would never do anything to purposely hurt him, and Ty wouldn't neither. She was just someone he knew he could trust. There was just something about her.Haleigh continued to laugh and smile. Ty did the same. The two just couldn't stop doing so. She was just too adorable, just too wonderful. There wasn't anything like her at the moment. Maybe it was the alcohol, but Ty didn't think so.
Yeah, you’d think that they’ve known each other for years. I hear that they just met though. Quite an amazing story, and the fact that they agree on everything is just so rare it’s shocking. Ty smiled and laughed. She just had that special power to make him feel so good. The power to make him smile and laugh. Haleigh, what a girl. "Yeah, it's amazing right? It's really as if it feels they've known each other for years at a time. I guess it's just because she's just so darn wonderful to be with. She always seems to have the power to make him laugh and smile. It all just sounds like dream." Ty continued to smile. They could really talk and joke about anything, and they both wouldn't have gotten offended by it at all. This was what Ty loved Haleigh so much. She was so open about everything, had a wonderful sense of humor, and was just a sweetheart. She'll always have that uncanny thing about her that'll make him smile and laugh, just by being near her.
Ty had been working out on and off throughout his life. He especially had to be in good condition during his teenager years. It was almost required, after taking apart in a gang. The activities they would do needed you to be in good shape, otherwise you would be taken down along with the weak. Now, however, he just works out time to time. He's in fairly decent shape, able to run for a period of time, doing his fair share of pushups and situps every now and then. Haleigh on the other hand seemed to be in good shape, and seemed to take good care of herself. Ty appreciated that fact. He liked how she really took good care of her health and well being. I’ve seen more fit girls my age before, but at least I can eat and be this skinny. Yeah - the farm work will help burn some excess energy that I’ve got now. I’ve had to jog for almost an hour each day just so that I’m able to sit in my home for a couple hours. Then I go out and try to write a song or two somewhere quiet. Ty agreed. Girls these days were following the trend to starve themselves and be skinny. Their mindset was on the fact that guys only dug on skinny girls, which was just completely wrongly sent by the mainstream media. A girl could eat happily, and still be in wonderful shape. Haleigh would be that for example. "Yeah. I don't understand why girls these days think eating is like the worst thing in the world. They think a small bite of food can lead them to being overweight. I just don't understand. I mean, look at you right? You have an amazing body, you're in amazing shape, and you eat happily. Girls should be looking up to you instead of all that mumbo jumbo they've been hearing." Ty paused. "You're a very active individual I must say. Wish I could get myself out of the house every morning to take a nice jog. It'll do me some good. Perhaps you could be my fitness trainer." Ty joked, not minding how she was telling how her routine was. She seemed to be a girl with her mind set on what she wants to do. Ty didn't mind that at all.
Exactly. Heck, I might even be able to make a lesson - teaching job out of it so I won’t have to look for a second job. Ty smiled. If the economy was better, she could just do that. "Yeah, you could actually do that." Ty smiled again. They continued to walk together, trying to reach the car. She seemed to be doing well, at least at the moment. Good, that sounds really good. He noticed her blushing yet again. Ty smiled again, man did he look like a smiling crazy guy. She looked away to compose herself, and continued walking. Haleigh seemed to also be smiling, and enjoying the escort by Ty. Shortly after, she slowed down to take a look at the skies. It was a brightly lit sky, stars all round, and the moon looking nice. Haleigh, being distracted by it, nearly fell, but only to the point where she leaned over to Ty's upper body. She now looked up to his face and smiled. Oops. Guess I can only focus on one thing at a time right now. She stopped moving, and just stared at him. He blushed slightly. "Guess I can only focus on one thing also." Ty smiled, as he gazed at Haleigh's beautiful face.
OOC: It'll be soon. If not, we'll just have to continue stalling. xD

She was a big star at Banana Joe’s Bar, Where she sang karaoke every night. [/blockquote]_________________________________ Horses had been a big part of Haleigh’s stress remover, just because she had started riding before she’d found out that she had a good singing voice. Sure, she would sing in the shower or in her bedroom; but the day her father heard how good her voice was; was the day that she became know for just how good she could sing. Her father had spread it all around town and next thing she knew, she was performing at a local bar; with her dad right by the stage just encase anything happened to her. She hadn’t really thought of singing being a stress remover, it just transported her to a special place in her heart where nobody else could go; only listen to. I trust you. Whatever you’ll tell me to do, I’ll go ahead and do it. Maybe it’ll also be a stress remover for me also, and we can just go riding together when we have an off day, and go vent together. Haleigh’s eyes lit up again; he seemed to know when to say the right things. She couldn’t believe that she was actually talking to a guy! Most of the time it was girls who wanted to do that, but she couldn’t believe that he seemed to want to do the same things that she did. How awesome this was. Wow, that sounds like a really good plan. Of course; I’ll want to see you when I’m having good days too! She smiled, she didn’t want to leave him ever. Which was rather odd; Hales rarely bonded to something; especially since everything she had been calling hers had been snatched out of her unexpecting hands. She was still a little shocked she was out in the real world on her own. Maybe she didn’t have to face it all alone though. There was Ty to help her.
Haleigh smiled when Ty smiled. She giggled when he chuckled. She laughed when he laughed. Her heart soared when his did. She couldn’t believe how connected she was to this guy. Yeah, it’s amazing right? It’s really as if it feels they’ve known each other for years at a time. I guess it’s just because she’s just so darn wonderful to be with. She always seems to have the power to make him laugh and smile. It all just sounds like a dream. She listened closely to his words, because this was the part where he gave her compliments. But this time he was a bit more forward. She knew that it was because of the alcohol; but she couldn’t stop her heart from soaring when he said she was wonderful to be with. How lucky was she? Yeah, you’re right, it does feel exactly like a dream. She said, smiling. Guess we’ll have to wait and see where they take it from here, right? I mean - people with that much chemistry shouldn’t remain single for long. Am I right? Her lips curved into a clever smile, she could really use her head sometimes. She let her eyes settle upon his, she liked how she got a warm feeling deep down whenever she looked straight and deep into his eyes. It was like she could see his soul or something. Whatever it was, she’d never experienced anything like this. Ever. And it wasn’t like she was really upset about that - she just wished that she’d met Ty a long time ago.
Haleigh had been a very active child, so from the time she’d entered soccer she had been fit. It had been easy to maintain that from then on, and she’s happy that she has. She doesn’t have to stress about her appearance like most women her age did. Yeah. I don’t understand why girls these days think eating is like the worst thing in the world. They think a small bite of food can lead them to being overweight. I just don’t understand. I mean, look at you right? You have an amazing body, you’re in amazing shape, and you eat happily. Girls should be looking up to you instead of all that mumbo jumbo they’ve been hearing. You’re a very active individual I must say. Wish I could get myself out of the house every morning to take a nice jog. It’ll do me some good. Perhaps you could be my fitness trainer. Haleigh blushed when he commented on her body. She knew that it had paid off; maintaining her body for all of these years. To have a compliment like that would make any girl fall to the ground in shock. Most guys today where so much more concerned on getting into their pants than noticing how in shape the girl was. Thank you - seriously - you don’t know how much self-esteem you can give a girl by giving her compliments like that about her body. She paused, thinking about what he’d said earlier. I suppose they get pressured by the guys out there who set their standards too high. One night out with a guy like that and the girl is ruined for the rest of her life - even if she tries to hide it and forget about it. She paused again. Girls are too sensitive; that’s our problem. She shrugged, it was the truth even though it wasn’t good. Your fitness trainer, huh? Sounds like a plan. But you know, I won’t slow down for you. She winked; clearly joking around. He was taller than she was; which meant he had longer legs and would be able to not take as many strides as she did to cover the same distance. She would try her best though.
Yeah, you could actually do that. Haleigh nodded, not saying anything. She had spoken way to much tonight and even though he seemed okay with it, she was waiting for him to just blow her off - leaving her swaying in the soft grass. She looked up into his strong face, and noticed that he had blushed again. What was he thinking? Guess I can only focus on one thing also. She smiled, wanting so badly to taste those sweet lips of his - but she held herself back. Having some self-control was nice; even though she knew if he kept saying sweet things all night she would have to give in. Have to. Looking up into his face she felt her eyes start to close, and quickly shook herself awake. I suppose we should continue on then… She said, pushing herself gently upwards, using his body like a support wall. When she was standing she swayed a moment before starting to walk off, her heels digging into the soft turf; making it a little harder to walk. She paused and removed her shoes. Sighing in relief she held her high heels in her hands. This is how we country girls do it. She giggled, swinging her shoes around. She could walk a lot steadier now that her barefeet were in the soft, cool grass. She made her way up to where her car was parked on the grass and then turned, leaning against it. She smiled to Ty. Well, this is my baby. She giggled again and glanced down at her car, it was something she prided herself in.
oh oh see: haha, true. XD At least I’ve got a lot of muse for these two again. It had started to dwindle for a post or two.

Horses might've been Haleigh's stress remover, but music was Ty's, and that was for sure. Who knows, riding horses may have turned into Ty's next thing to go to when he's feeling a bit uptight. After all, whenever he would be riding a horse, it most likely would be with Haleigh around, which is a major plus in relieving stress. Singing was something that he could always turn to as a way out, as a way to release everything. The ultimate way to express himself. Performing with the church choir, doing his own solos, it all felt just amazing. Perhaps, after learning how to ride a horse, and then with Haleigh by his side, it might just feel all the much better. He noticed her eyes lit up to what he had to say. Was it because he would love to just ride down the sunset with her? Wow, that sounds like a really good plan. Of course; I’ll want to see you when I’m having good days too! Ty smiled. He felt all happy on the inside when she told him that she wanted to see him on all the happy days also. "Oh yeah. Forgot about the happy days also. I'd love to spend time with you on those days also. Definitely."
Whatever Ty had to say was probably blurbed out because of the alcohol. He usually had the tendency to do that when he had a drink too much. Ty would go on to say what he had on his mind, and what he had to say was usually how he really felt about things. Although sometimes it wasn't too pretty, most of the times it was just a way to open himself up without himself actually realizing it. Yeah, you’re right, it does feel exactly like a dream. Guess we’ll have to wait and see where they take it from here, right? I mean - people with that much chemistry shouldn’t remain single for long. Am I right? Ty smiled, and chuckled at her comment. "Yeah, I guess we'll just have to wait and see. The two really do connect well with one another. Perhaps the guy should dig up the courage to maybe ask her out." Ty said as he smiled. He really wanted to do it, but was it just too fast to be asking? She had on one of those curvy smiles, looking a bit clever and all. It was might sexy. He continued to look into her eyes, again almost getting himself lost in them. It gave him a sense of happiness and joy. A feeling of nervousness, like those little teenage crushes you would have in middle school. Whatever it was, it was generally a wonderful feeling. He had only wished he knew her just a tad bit longer.
Ty had now set his mindset on getting into better shape. After all, Haleigh seemed to be a prime example, and it motivated him to get fit. He wanted to look his best, for Haleigh of course. Haleigh had a wonderful body. She was in good shape, and it was noticeable. After a couple of his comments about her body, she blushed. Thank you - seriously - you don’t know how much self-esteem you can give a girl by giving her compliments like that about her body. I suppose they get pressured by the guys out there who set their standards too high. One night out with a guy like that and the girl is ruined for the rest of her life - even if she tries to hide it and forget about it. Girls are too sensitive; that’s our problem. Your fitness trainer, huh? Sounds like a plan. But you know, I won’t slow down for you. Ty listened to all she had to say. He felt great that she loved his compliments, but they were indeed the truth. "I'm just speaking the truth you know? You do have one kick ass body, and you work hard for it. I guess I'll just have to compliment more on it every once in a while to get you going whenever you're feeling down." Ty paused as he smiled. He then continued to speak on about the other things she had to say. "I suppose so. I'm a guy, and I should say, we're horrible. We make girls feel pretty darn terrible about themselves sometimes, and it's not something that we're all too proud of, well at least for me. We're also pretty self conscious about ourselves too. A girl can break our world with just a couple words believe it or not. Girls may be sensitive, but guys can be also." Ty said as he nodded. The truth sometimes just wasn't all that great. He caught her wink shortly afterwards, when she had been telling Ty that she'd be glad to be his fitness trainer. "Well, looks like I'm going to have to work extra hard then to keep up with ya." Ty joked. In all truth, Haleigh could've probably outrun Ty on any given day. Ty would just probably look like he wouldn't be feeling much pain, but he probably would be hurting deep down.
While walking along the grass, it fell silent for a moment. It wasn't awkward at all, but it was a bit on the sudden side. Maybe Haleigh didn't want to speak out so much, thinking that she had been annoying Ty a bit. He didn't mind having her speak all day to tell the truth. He enjoyed every single sound coming out of her mouth. The two were looking at one another, all close and together once again. Ty looked into her eyes, it was just too mesmerizing. He felt the urge to possibly give her a kiss on those glistening lips, but he would've been deemed a pig for doing so. Controlling those urges, he held back, wanting so badly to just press his own against hers. When her eyes closed, he had took a quick moment to wake himself up from it all. I suppose we should continue on then… She pushed herself off of Ty gently and continued on walking herself. Haleigh seemed to have been balanced a lot better now after swaying a couple times. Shortly after, she took her heels off and just decided to walk on the ground barefooted. This is how we country girls do it. Ty smiled. It was cute how she said that. "That is why country girls are so amazing." Ty added. After taking her heels off, she had an easier time just waltzing along the grass. They reached her car soon after, and Ty had been amazed at her ride. Well, this is my baby. It was a black Cobalt SS. A nice muscle car that would purr with each step on the accelerator. His eyes just widened up, not really expecting a girl like Haleigh to be driving one of these bad boys. "That's one heck of a ride you got there Haleigh. A sexy car to match a sexy individual like you. It seems as if I'm in love with your baby here." Ty said, as he felt along the hood of the car. The moon had been reflecting off of it, making it look all that much better.
OOC: It's always fun for me to think up of stuff to write for these two. I have trouble sometimes, but I always seem to get it done. xD

She was a big star at Banana Joe’s Bar, Where she sang karaoke every night. [/blockquote]_________________________________ Haleigh had a feeling that when they were going to go riding with one another that it would be something she’d never experienced before. Most boys, after you’ve mentioned you ride horses, roll their eyes and loose interest quickly. But Ty seemed different - in a good way. He seemed to like the idea of riding off into the sunset (or at anytime of the day) with Hales. She sure hoped that they would be able to ride every day or somewhere close to that. Her life was going to seem so dull when Ty wasn’t around. He made her laugh and smile and just feel carefree. Sometimes, not all the time, she would get all worked up about what she was saying and how she was acting around people. But when she was around Ty she just felt so relaxed and carefree - in a good way of course. She smiled over at him, and then listened to what he had to say. Oh yeah. Forgot about the happy days. I’d love to spend time with you on those days also. Definitely. Haleigh giggled, but didn’t say anything in response. She knew that if she did say something it would sound pretty lame. And that wasn’t something that she wanted to by like around Ty. When she was alone - yeah sure - but when Ty was around; she really need to pay more attention to what she blabbed around. Maybe she shouldn’t be so drunk right now. Oh well, there are worse scenarios for Haleigh to be stuck in right now. She could be with another guy; and not having as much fun.
Haleigh heard his chuckle and her heart did that little leap that it had been doing for their whole conversation. She wondered what it meant - maybe there had been something put into her beer? Yeah, I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. The two really do connect well with one another. Perhaps the guy should dig up the courage to maybe ask her out. Haleigh smiled, she wished that they had known one another for longer than they had. They way the got along together was just so amazing; she wished that she could be his girlfriend. Which was an odd thing for Haleigh to think. She hadn’t really entertained that thought, becoming someone’s girlfriend. It just didn’t seem like it had been something that could happen to her. Maybe Ty would change that one day. Yeah, maybe one day. I know for a fact that she wishes she knew him longer than she does. She spoke from her heart, which made it sound even worse. She wished that she could just get her tongue to work like his was. Why did she have to have so much beer? Did she think that she was impressing him or something? ‘No, you didn’t think that you’d run into a guy this sweet.’ She admitted to herself. Looking down for a moment or two she glanced back up and saw his eyes looking into hers. Oh how that made her heart melt; his strong gaze. She wanted to just curl up into his lap and close her eyes against the world. But she was in a club, with aching feet. At least they would be going to home, soon.
I’m just speaking the truth you know? You do have one kick ass body, and you work hard for it. I guess I’ll just have to compliment more on it every once in a while to get you going whenever you’re feeling down. Haleigh smiled, he really did know the right words to say. Well I don’t know any girl who would say no to that plan. I’m certainly not going to! She said, and then closed her mouth because he was talking again. I suppose so. I’m a guy, and I should say, we’re horrible. We make girls feel pretty darn terrible about themselves sometimes, and it’s not something that we’re all too proud of, well at least for me. We’re also pretty self conscious about ourselves too. A girl can break our world with just a couple words believe it or not. Girls may be sensitive, but guys can be also. Haleigh thought about his words, and they did make sense. Wow, I never thought about it that way - you’ve got a point. I’m sorry. She wasn’t joking around - she was sincerely sorry. Well, looks like I’m going to have to work extra hard then to keep up with ya. Haleigh rolled her eyes, a smile on her lips. It won’t be hard for you to do so. I’m more a long-distance runner, when I do run that is. She looked over at him, glad that she could motivate him to want to exercise more. There wasn’t nothing wrong with him - from what she could see - he seemed fit and fairly toned. It’s not like she expected him to look like he’d just ripped his way out of a magazine cover.
That is why country girls are so amazing. Haleigh turned her head in his direction. Oh? You’ve met more of my kind? She said, arching an eyebrow in mock surprise. She often made goofy faces like that - although normally she only showed them to her close friends or to her dad. She could definitely consider Ty one of her closest friends… hopefully, after some time she could consider him closer than that. She hoped to God she could. That’s one heck of a ride you got there Haleigh. A sexy car to match a sexy individual like you. It seems as if I’m in love with your baby here. Haleigh watched him gently touch the hood, with tenderness she reserved for it. She smiled, Well as long as you love both of us equally. She knew that he had only mentioned loving her car, but she threw in the ‘us’ for effect. She took her purse from her shoulder and unzipped it, fishing around inside for her keys. She had to drop her shoes onto the grass to look for them. Frantically she searched faster and then with a breath of relief, she pulled them out triumphantly. You just got out of a piggy-back ride. She said, giggling. She then tossed the keys over to him. When he caught them, she waited for him to unlock the doors. She knew that she could definitely trust him with her car; he seemed amazed at how awesome it was. ‘Good.’ She thought, smiling over at him, and then picking up her high heels - not wanting to leave them in the grass.

Just watching her smile and giggle all through the night. It was enough to satisfy Ty. He just loved the way how her eyes would always light up every now and then when Ty could compliment her or say certain things. He continued to picture the frame of them two just riding along off into the sunset. It looked so romantic in his head, and wished that it would actually become reality. Maybe, just maybe in the near future. They would always ride down together, on any given day, just laughing, talking, smiling, and overall just being with one another. It was the perfect dream, the perfect life. The opportunity to be that special someone in Haleigh's life. The thought of it was just so beautiful, almost enough to get Ty's eyes a bit watery.
Yeah, maybe one day. I know for a fact that she wishes she knew him longer than she does. Ty just felt so wonderful. That tingly feeling on his insides, his heart feeling as if it was going to just beat out of his chest. He wanted to also have had the chance to meet Haleigh earlier in his life. It might've been all different. His life would've been a lot happier, a lot more enjoyable, and that was for sure. For Haleigh to be his girlfriend. It would've been his gift from God. He would just get excited thinking about it. "I know for a fact that he feels the same way. If the two only knew each other a tad bit longer." Ty smiled. The thought of Haleigh being his girlfriend. It just sounded too good to be true. He wanted Haleigh to be his, and he wanted to just hold her at that one moment. Ty continued looking into her eyes. It was enough to make him feel all weak and bubbly inside. He really just wanted to hold her and cuddle up with her.
Well I don’t know any girl who would say no to that plan. I’m certainly not going to! Ty smiled, and chuckled lightly. "I'll be sure to do that then." Ty paused for a moment, listening to what Haleigh had to say. Wow, I never thought about it that way - you’ve got a point. I’m sorry. Ty felt bad for having her apologize. He didn't mean to make her feel that way. "Oh no. No need to apologize. Sometimes we deserve that kind of treatment. Besides, I can't stand having you apologize to me. It just doesn't feel right, kinda hurts me on the inside too." Ty said sincerely. It won’t be hard for you to do so. I’m more a long-distance runner, when I do run that is. Ty smiled. The thought of jogging with her made him happy and jolly. "I'll have to work that cardio up then." Ty said happily.
Oh? You’ve met more of my kind? Ty smiled. "Let's just say you make me want to meet more of your kind." Ty said. Haleigh put on a goofy face, and it was the first time Ty had ever seen her like that. It was amusing and cute. Well as long as you love both of us equally. Ty smiled. "Oh of course, but maybe not so in the near future." Ty joked. He had been referring to loving Haleigh a lot more in the future, much more than the car. While she was searching for her keys, she seemed to had gotten worried for second, thinking she misplaced them, but eventually she dug them out and relieved herself. You just got out of a piggy-back ride. Ty chuckled lightly. "I wouldn't have minded it." Haleigh threw him the keys, and he unlocked the doors. First opening up the passenger door for Haleigh, ready to assist her with her seat.

She was a big star at Banana Joe’s Bar, Where she sang karaoke every night. [/blockquote]_________________________________ Haleigh hadn’t been able to look anywhere but into Ty’s face for the whole night. Of course, it would have been rude to do just that; so she’d managed to look down a couple times into her own lap. There was no way she was going to look around the club. Not because she was embarrassed by how she had been acting all night long; but because she couldn’t really see other people. Not like how she saw Ty. He seemed to be the only thing her eyes wanted to see right now. And of course, she wasn’t going to complain. He was gorgeous. She loved his dark black hair and his dark brown eyes, almost like her very own eyes. She liked how his face seemed to light up when he smiled at her and how his eyes seemed to twinkle whenever they met up with her own. She knew that she must look like some love struck teenager; but at least she didn’t look like one alone. She wondered if there had been something put into her beer to make her like this; because hell - Haleigh never got this lucky! I mean, she was practically getting herself a boyfriend after going out to some run down little club. How lucky could this girl be? She felt as though she was the luckiest… and happiest girl out there. And why not? She was with an amazing guy who seemed to really respect her - which didn’t happen often enough nowadays - and he wasn’t bad on the eyes either. Definitely wasn’t bad on the eyes.
She brought herself back to the present, just in time to catch Ty’s words. She wouldn’t want to miss them for the world. They lifted her up, and made her feel like she had died and gone to heaven. I know for a fact that he feels the same way. If the two only knew each other a tad bit longer. Haleigh nodded, sighing with impatience. She really wanted to be held by him. If she couldn’t date him just yet; then she’d sure as hell want to be held by him again to comfort her aching heart. The things that you can’t have in life are the things that you want the most. Well of course he’s going to feel the same way. That’s one of the reasons why they get along so well. He’s really understanding. And open- minded. So many guys out there don’t really want to open up to girls… especially girls. She paused, pondering this over. It didn’t make sense at all. Although I have no clue why they seem to do that; I’ve just never had a guy open up to me before… they always seem to turn to their buddies before a female. It made her kind of upset to say that; but it was the truth. At least she didn’t show she was upset. She shrugged it off; she didn’t have to worry about that anymore - she had Ty, who was someone that was totally different. Someone who she knew she could one day fall in love with. (If she wasn’t already halfway there).
Her thoughts were put on hold again because she had to listen to what Ty was saying. Again, she wouldn’t miss what he had to say to her for the world. Oh no. No need to apologize. Sometimes we deserve that kind of treatment. Besides, I can’t stand having you apologize to me. It just doesn’t feel right, kinda hurts me on the inside too. She knew that he was speaking sincerely, the way he made it personal. She smiled, Okay, but I will have to apologize every once in a while. Like… when you first fall off your horse. I’m going to think that that’s my problem and I’ll apologize. Or if I spill something on you. She giggled. I can be quite the klutz sometimes, just a heads up. She smiled again, although normally she was more of a klutz when she was drunk; or smashed out of her mind. Either way, there was some pretty embarrassing stories about her being a klutz that she didn’t want to bring up to Ty. No, she’d leave those for when her dad met him and felt the urge to embarrass her. She had no idea why her dad would want to do that, but she’d heard of her friends’ dads doing that when they had brought one of their boyfriends home. Nobody seemed to know why their dads would do such a thing, at least Hales was prepared now.
Haleigh swung herself back towards the present; forgetting about the past for a moment to catch Ty’s next sentence. I’ll have to work on my cardio then. She could tell that he was happy about it; but she was always up to a good challenge too. She had quite the determination and stubbornness when it came down to a challenge. One, she clearly was trying, to get out of Ty right now. Oh common - you’ve got the advantage of longer legs! I’d be eating your dust! She said, smiling. She knew that she would be able to keep up for a bit… but there was no way she could beat him. She couldn’t beat guys… although that fact didn’t stop her from challenging them all the time. Well… after a few seconds; I’ll be eating your dust. But to be honest, I just really enjoy jogging around this little town. It kind of makes me feel like I’m back home, you know? Like if I just change all of the store fronts and people’s faces walking past… it’s like I am back in Texas. Which makes me happy and sad at the same time. Happy because I can do that - but sad because I’m not really in Texas again. She looked over at him, and knew for some strange reason, that he would agree with her. Or he would at least understand where she was coming from. And if he didn’t quite understand, then he would try. All of those things made her smile; Ty was a really amazing guy. One of a kind.
Haleigh caught his smile in the moonlight outside and returned one of her own. Let’s just say you make me want to meet more of your kind. Haleigh smiled, giggling and twirling around with her shoes in her hand and her purse on her shoulder. She used to do this in her father’s field when the sun was going down. Dancing around in the sunset always made her feel energized and happy. It was different when the sun was gone. More exhilarating. Ah, but you see, I’m one of a kind. She said. She didn’t really like the idea of him meeting more of her kind… it had made her heart crumple for a moment. ‘What the heck is wrong with you? It’s not like you’re his girlfriend right now… so don’t act like it!’ She told herself fiercely, but flashed a smile over at Ty, stopping her body from spinning around near her car so she didn’t hit herself off of it. Oh of course, but maybe not so in the near future. Haleigh looked at him for a moment, cocking her head to the side. She didn’t understand what he was getting at, but she just shrugged it off - unsure of what to say so she didn’t say anything in response. Besides, he was starting to talk again. I wouldn’t have minded. Haleigh laughed, Oh, you definitely would have. If I was sober right now there’d be no big deal, but since I’m a bit tipsy - well I like to move around. For now. I’m not in the passing-out stage, just yet. She knew that as soon as she changed into some comfy pj’s and curled up with him somewhere with blankets up to her chin that she’d be out like a light.
She watched him unlock the car doors and open her passenger door. She smiled to him and slowly moved into the black and red leather seat, not wanting to damage anything in her clumsiness. She looked around her interior and noticed something was different. She furrowed her brows, thinking and then realized that someone had punched a whole into her driver’s side window. She gasped, putting her hands to her mouth, covering it as she gaped at the huge mess. She turned to look at Ty, anger flashing in her eyes. She wasn’t angry at him though. Well that’s the last time I bring my car out here! She thought, and then turned, digging in the back of the car for some rags so that they could clean this up. She shook her head in disbelief; sure it was just a window; but she had had them customly tinted which meant that it was going to cost her money. She sighed, she had only found two rags. Leaning over the console, thanking herself for previously deciding to wear jeans, she started to scoop up the glass. She realized that she should search for a bag so she put the rag full of glass onto the grass just outside the car on the grass. She turned and searched in her backseat for a plastic bag without holes. She found out and then emptied her rag full of glass into the bag, over the grass so if any little pieces got out then she wouldn’t have to worry about them being in her car. She leaned over to the driver’s seat and started to scoop out more, holding the bag out over the console. She frowned, this wasn’t good at all.
oh oh see: Looks like we still have to keep stalling - the apartment still isn't up...

Ty couldn't stop glaring at Haleigh's face. It was god darn beautiful, and it seemed to look that much more better with each and every passing second, if that was even possible. Although it would probably feel a bit awkward having to look at each other all night, it didn't feel like that at all for him. Haleigh had always broke her contact every once in awhile, but resumed shortly afterwards. She had very, very nice blond hair, and her brown eyes reminded him of his own, but her's were all the more lovable. She would always smile when he smiled, and her smile and laughter were worth everything in the world. Ty had never met someone like her, and he was very lucky, especially in a place like this. She seemed to have been able to connect with him on any level, and she seemed to be the perfect individual to complete his life. Haleigh was open about everything, and did I mention, she's quite beautiful.
Every word that came out of her mouth. It was so sweet, and empowering. It had the ability to make him smile and laugh. Ty just wanted to ask her to be his girlfriend, he wanted to ask her out on a date. If he couldn't get that just yet, he wanted to at least have the chance to hug her, cuddle her, and get the feeling that she was in fact already his special someone. Well of course he’s going to feel the same way. That’s one of the reasons why they get along so well. He’s really understanding. And open- minded. So many guys out there don’t really want to open up to girls… especially girls. Although I have no clue why they seem to do that; I’ve just never had a guy open up to me before… they always seem to turn to their buddies before a female. Ty nodded. It was partly the truth, at least it was usually what he did. "Yeah, that is why they get along so well. I'd like to think that she's more understanding than him. He just trusts her, and loves her so much, that's why he has her shoulder to lean on, and that's why he would also offer his shoulder for her to lean on." Ty paused as he smiled. He did trust her, and his love for her had started to blossom. "Yeah, guys usually tend to talk to their guy friends first. I mean, thinking about it, having done it in the past, it wasn't such a good idea. If I wanted to understand a girl more, why would I go to a guy for advice?" Ty pondered, chuckling at the fact that it sounded quite stupid of him for doing so.
Okay, but I will have to apologize every once in a while. Like… when you first fall off your horse. I’m going to think that that’s my problem and I’ll apologize. Or if I spill something on you. She giggled. I can be quite the klutz sometimes, just a heads up. I can be quite the klutz sometimes, just a heads up. He caught another one of her smiles, and giggles. It definitely was something he always enjoyed seeing and hearing. "Well, okay then, but you know, I wouldn't mind it if you spilled anything on me. Considering it is you . I just can't get mad at you. About me falling off the horse, it can't be helped. I guess we'll be apologizing to each other a lot then, for all the klutzy things that we're going to be doing to each other." Ty smiled. Ty had been clumsy at times also. It was just in his nature to run into things, trip over things, and do other embarrassing things.
Ty knew that Haleigh had been quite humble. Just because Ty was a guy, and she was a girl, didn't mean that Ty was physically superior to her. He had great confidence that she had been the better runner out of the two, but nonetheless, Haleigh continued to deny the fact. Ty loved how she would always return those compliments back to him. Oh common - you’ve got the advantage of longer legs! I’d be eating your dust! Ty smiled as she smiled. "Those legs are long, but I'm sure I'll be the one eating your dust. They don't move half as fast as your fit legs." Ty continued to smile. He could just see her burning him up on the road. Ty nodded and smiled. "That's a good technique to use. If you just put your mind to it, I guess you can make anything happen. I'm glad that you're able to do that, because I know feeling homesick isn't exactly the best feeling in the world. If it helps, just know that I'll always be by your side while you're on your daily jogs. If not, just to eat your dust, but let's promise to run with each other in a good pace, that way we don't have to worry about anyone eating anyone's dust, because it doesn't sound too tasty." Ty joked on the latter part. He was glad that she was able to have that small connection back home, just by using her mind to picture all the little things back from Texas. He also felt sad that she had that lingering feeling of homesickness.
Haleigh giggled and dance around the soft grass, while the two had been basking under the moonlight. Ah, but you see, I’m one of a kind. Ty smiled. She was indeed one of a kind. He didn't really want to meet anyone else but her. "Yes you are. You're one of a kind, and nobody can ever be you. I could never find someone who can be you, and I know that for a fact." Ty said, as he caught a flash of her smile. Oh, you definitely would have. If I was sober right now there’d be no big deal, but since I’m a bit tipsy - well I like to move around. For now. I’m not in the passing-out stage, just yet. Ty smiled and chuckled. "Well, I guess we finally have one thing we disagree on then." Ty joked. Everything seemed to be going quite well, at least for now.
As she sat down in the passenger seat, her facial expression immediately went towards the downfall, after looking at the drivers window. Ty looked over there shortly afterwards and was shocked. Someone had punched through the window. She shortly look over at Ty, with anger just heavy on her eyes. It was the first time Ty had ever seen her angry, she looked as if, an entirely different person. Well that’s the last time I bring my car out here! Ty fell silent, not feeling as if this was the right time to be saying anything yet. He continued to look at the car, and he got angry himself. Someone out there had made Haleigh ticked off, and Ty just wanted to pummel that guy, with his face imprinted onto the ground. "Let me help you with the glass. I don't want you getting hurt." Ty said, as he helped her with clearing up the glass. "I'll go file a police report on this." Ty looked mad. He was in fact enraged. He hadn't felt this mad in a while since his teenage gang roaming days. He definitely felt the need to kill whomever had done such a thing to Haleigh's car. "Don't worry, I know a place where you can get that fix, at a discount too. I'll help you with the tab." Ty said, trying to cheer her up. "I'll also find the guy who did this, and let's just say, it wont be too pretty when I catch him." Ty said, with an intimidating look on his face. He seemed as if the gangster part of him still haven't left him. It looks as if the day turned out for the worst, having Haleigh's car vandalized when all seemed to be going well.
OOC: That sure was a plot twist. Didn't expect the car to be vandalized. xD Guess this'll help with the stalling.

She was a big star at Banana Joe’s Bar, Where she sang karaoke every night. [/blockquote]_________________________________ Yeah, that is why they get along so well. I’d like to think that she’s more understanding than him. He just trusts her, and loves her so much, that’s why he has her shoulder to lean on, and that’s why he would also offer his shoulder for her to lean on. She thought about his words, her tipsy mind thinking about them slowly. Love? He loved her?! She almost jumped up and squealed for joy! She didn’t know what that feeling deep down had been; but now she realized that he’d just answered it. Oh how she wanted to say ‘Yes I’ll be your girlfriend’ at that exact moment, but she wondered if he wanted to wait. She knew that in reality they really should. But life was short… why not live it to the fullest? Sure, it was wrong, and probably shouldn’t be done… and there would be people to frown at them but she would be happy and so would Ty. That was all that mattered. She grinned. I know for a fact that she trusts him and loves him a lot… which is unusual consider she doesn’t normally throw herself out there like that. I heard that she was quite surprised at how quickly she fell for him. She hadn’t believed in love at first sight before she’d met him. He’s a really great guy and she wants to spend every second of the day with him. Hales pulse was racing as she looked over at him. She wanted to jump off the deep end; she wanted to take that chance. Who cares that they had just met? Who cares that this only happened one in a million times… she wanted to live right now.
She had to calm herself down, so that she didn’t miss his next words. Yeah, guys usually tend to talk to their guy friends first. I mean, thinking about it, having done it in the past, it wasn’t such a good idea. If I wanted to understand a girl more, why would I go to a guy for advice? Haleigh chuckled with him - it really didn’t make any sense. Not only that, but it made the close girl friend feel slightly left out and hurt. Haleigh couldn’t believe that humans were so sensitive. Even though she was one of those sensitive girls, she tried to hide it. Yeah, putting it like that, it doesn’t make any sense at all. Not to mention, in most situations the girl will be willing to offer up information about other girls… and it would probably be a bit more accurate coming from a girl rather a boy. She smiled over at Ty, watching him with her dark eyes. She liked how his matched hers; it made her feel even more connected. But then again, I can sympathize on how awkward and hard that could be. Sometimes girls just aren’t that easy to go to and ask a question. Most of the time, yeah we are, but if you’re unlucky and ask us at the time where we’re feeling crappy - they you’re probably going to get a rude response, which is unfortunate timing. Haleigh really needed to shut up; she was trying to sober up a bit but it wasn’t really helping. At least it was a nice night out.
Well, okay then, but you know, I wouldn’t mind it if you spilled anything on me. Considering it is you. I just can’t get mad at you. About me falling off the horse, it can’t be helped. I guess we’ll be apologizing to each other a lot then, for all the klutzy things that we’re going to be doing to each other. Haleigh giggled; she couldn’t believe that he could be a klutz like her. Then again, he was human, and all humans had their moments of flaws and such. Oh I think that I can get on people’s nerves sometimes. You’ll have to wait and see - I suppose. Sometimes I surprise people by how annoying I can get. She smiled, she knew that he didn’t know her that well - and she also knew that she was good at getting on people’s nerves. Not like she tried to though. Well, maybe we’ll get on one another’s nerves then - by apologizing all the time. She giggled, picturing them arguing over who was sorry the most. She smiled to him. I just can’t wait until I get a farm up and running. She knew that as soon as she could, she was going to e-mail her dad and explain everything that had happened to her for the past twenty-four hours. He would probably be happy for her, she had found someone who wanted to have a farm with her, and then he’d send more of her savings. She couldn’t take them all with her at once, her dad worried that she would be questioned. She had about $375,000 in savings, but had only taken about half. Her father would back her up one hundred percent. And she would also ask him if there was a way she could get her horses over here. If not, fine, but she’d really like to have them over here with her.
Haleigh couldn’t believe that he actually thought she could beat him. Those legs are long, but I'm sure I'll be the one eating your dust. They don't move half as fast as your fit legs. Haleigh rolled her eyes, not mad, with a smile on her face. Oh I don’t think so. We’ll have to race one time and find out. She said, totally up to the challenge of racing against him. But she would only do it once, because she didn’t want to compete against him all of the time. That's a good technique to use. If you just put your mind to it, I guess you can make anything happen. I'm glad that you're able to do that, because I know feeling homesick isn't exactly the best feeling in the world. If it helps, just know that I'll always be by your side while you're on your daily jogs. If not, just to eat your dust, but let's promise to run with each other in a good pace, that way we don't have to worry about anyone eating anyone's dust, because it doesn't sound too tasty. Haleigh giggled. Sounds like a plan to me, I’m all for that. I’ve never jogged with someone before; but I think that I will like the change. Sometimes music is only so entertaining and then I start to get bored. She smiled, sometimes it was hard to keep herself on track; and other times she could jog for hours. It all depended on her mood and how much energy she had. She hoped that he didn’t feel bad for her feeling homeskiness still - it wasn’t like it was his fault. Besides, with this friendship blossoming like it was, there was almost no more room to feel home sick.
Haleigh watched Ty’s amused face, giggling. The crazy thing was, she could twirl around like this when she was sober too. Although, she normally didn’t have anybody watching her. Yes you are. You're one of a kind, and nobody can ever be you. I could never find someone who can be you, and I know that for a fact. Haleigh smiled, Why thank you, I will take that as a compliment. I never wanted to be like other people… the world would be so boring if everyone strived to be like their best friend, you know? Of course he would understand; Ty always understood her. She stopped her thoughts, because he was talking again. Well, I guess we finally have one thing we disagree on then. Haleigh smiled. Well there’s a first time for everything to happen, right? She paused, thinking. And if this is how we ‘disagree’ well - I could get used to hanging around you. She laughed, she knew that once in a while there would be fights; it was only natural. She looked over at Ty, in the bright moonlight he looked even better to her eyes. She wondered if her feelings would change when she sobered up, or if she would still feel the same about him. She sure hoped that her feelings wouldn’t change. She liked how she felt about him.
Haleigh hoped that she hadn’t spooked him by becoming angry. She knew that she looked totally different when she did. Then she realized that he was just giving her a second to get her bearings, and then was relieved when he started to talk again. Let me help you with the glass. I don't want you getting hurt. Haleigh smiled, Thanks. She probably had little cuts on her hand, she didn’t really feel much right now because of her state. I'll go file a police report on this. Haleigh nodded, she hadn’t even thought of that. It was a good thing that he wasn’t as drunk as she was. That sounds like a plan. I think that the police station is in walking distance from here. I saw it on the drive over. She said, lifting her right hand and pointing down the road. You could see the sign, although it was hard to read the words. Don't worry, I know a place where you can get that fix, at a discount too. I'll help you with the tab. Haleigh waved her hand over her shoulder, brushing off his suggestion. No way, this wasn’t your fault. Don’t even worry about it. She spoke firmly, as firmly as a person could when their words were a bit slurred. She was happy that he was trying to cheer her up though. I'll also find the guy who did this, and let's just say, it wont be too pretty when I catch him. Haleigh saw his intimidating face and widened her eyes. As much as I would love to say yeah go do it, I really think that you shouldn’t. You won’t be able to ride a horse behind bars, you know. She said, joking around yet being serious at the same time. Somehow, she could pull it off.
oh oh see: hehe, I know -feels proud-. It was completely spur of the moment; but the apartment wasn’t up so I needed to improvise. XD

Ty smiled. Haleigh had hinted that she did indeed possibly love him. It had his heart racing. He just wanted to ask her if she could he his girlfriend, but then again, they had only just met. Why should they wait though? After all, there was a thing called love at first sight, and this definitely was the case. Although Ty didn't believe in it at first, it was all different now. Meeting Haleigh this evening really opened up a whole new world to him. "So, the two really love each other a lot. I wish they could just get together and end up having a happy ending, but they did only just meet. He also didn't believe in love in first sight until he met her. Well, he should really confess his love for her, before it's too late. I still wonder, why wait?" Ty was very nervous in fact, but he got that off without a single break in his voice. He really wanted to ask her that question, but it just couldn't escape his lips. It was like being a infatuated teenager all over again. Only this time, it isn't infatuation, but more of real love.
Yeah, putting it like that, it doesn’t make any sense at all. Not to mention, in most situations the girl will be willing to offer up information about other girls… and it would probably be a bit more accurate coming from a girl rather a boy. Ty nodded, and smiled. He understood where she had been coming from. "Yeah, I get you what you mean. It's hard to sometimes go up and ask a girl for help, considering the fact that it would be out of the guys' comfort zone. I guess timing is everything. The guy just has to know what to ask, and when to ask it." He caught glimpse of her staring into his eyes again. It was a joyous sight, and he just melted at the sight of her eyes.
Oh I think that I can get on people’s nerves sometimes. You’ll have to wait and see - I suppose. Sometimes I surprise people by how annoying I can get. Well, maybe we’ll get on one another’s nerves then - by apologizing all the time. Ty chuckled. He couldn't actually picture her getting onto his nerves, but more of the other way around. "I don't think it'll be a problem, but we'll just have to see. Maybe we will annoy each other every once in a while. Gives good reasons for all the apologies that'll be coming up in the future." Ty joked. It would get quite amusing if all they did were just to apologize to each other for all the smallest things. I just can’t wait until I get a farm up and running. Ty nodded. "You and me both." He couldn't wait to just work alongside Haleigh on his spare time to manage the farm. It sounded like hard work, but it would be fun just to have the time to spend with her. Plus, the feeling of accomplishment would always be another factor.
Oh I don’t think so. We’ll have to race one time and find out. Ty caught Haleigh rolling her eyes, and then to a smile. Sprinting, Ty would probably have the upper hand, but if it was distance. Haleigh would be all over him on it. He really had to work on his cardio, after being cooped up in the studio time after time again. It adds up. I’m all for that. I’ve never jogged with someone before; but I think that I will like the change. Sometimes music is only so entertaining and then I start to get bored. Ty smiled. Just another thing he could do to spend time and be with Haleigh. Jogging was something that could benefit their health, and also it would be fun doing so. It wouldn't feel as boring as it would be in the past with such a great partner next to you. "Sounds like a plan then. We'll make jogging all that much funner again for each other." Ty smiled.
Why thank you, I will take that as a compliment. I never wanted to be like other people… the world would be so boring if everyone strived to be like their best friend, you know? Ty nodded and smiled. It was true, everyone would've been like robots. "Yeah, if everyone would be the same. It would just bland, and there wouldn't be any joy in meeting anyone new." The two just seemed to click on anything. It was still too amazing to believe. Well there’s a first time for everything to happen, right? And if this is how we ‘disagree’ well - I could get used to hanging around you. Ty smiled. Of course, they would eventually have to argue and get into little fights, but it's all apart of the process. Without it, they couldn't grow stronger together. "Yeah. I'm still shocked it took this long to disagree with one another, but I could get used to it, if it is going to be like this." Those little disagreements would be all the much too horrible. It actually wouldn't be disagreements at all actually.
What a complete surprise and a turn of events. A damaged car window that simply had basically ruined the mood for the night. Thanks. Ty felt more relieved as he caught a glimpse of her smile. At least she wasn't feeling all too down, and started lightening up. He didn't really like to see her angry, it really made him feel awful. That sounds like a plan. I think that the police station is in walking distance from here. I saw it on the drive over. Ty nodded. "Yeah, living here for a while, I know a couple officers there. Used to get into trouble back in the days remember? It'll be nice to drop by and give them a hello while I'm there." Ty said a little more upbeat, to lighten up the mood a bit. No way, this wasn’t your fault. Don’t even worry about it. Ty frowned at her suggestion. He felt as it was partly his fault. "Well, let me pay for half of it at least. I feel partly responsible for it. After all, if I wasn't talking you the whole time, you might've left a little earlier." Ty said. If that was to be his car, he wouldn't have minded it so much, but this was Haleigh's baby after all. This made him just all the more pissed off. Asmuch as I would love to say yeah go do it, I really think that you shouldn’t. You won’t be able to ride a horse behind bars, you know. She had been joking of course, even in a situation like this. Ty had regained his composure, trying to hold back on the angry face. "Yeah, I guess I should think before actually saying things like that. If I was to be put into jail, I wouldn't be able to spend time with you." Well, at least things were lightening up.
OOC: That's some good improvising. xD

She was a big star at Banana Joe’s Bar, Where she sang karaoke every night. [/blockquote]_________________________________ Haleigh was almost holding her breath, waiting to hear his words, hoping that she wouldn’t be lonely anymore. So, the two really love each other a lot. I wish they could just get together and end up having a happy ending, but they did only just meet. He also didn’t believe in love at first sight until he met her. Well, he should really confess his love for her, before it’s too late. I still wonder, why wait? Haleigh looked at him, taking it all in and then smiled when she realized that he wanted the same thing that she did. What a relief! She just didn’t want it to slip through her fingers. Well… if the two really love each other this much… then why wait? What if something happened to her or to him and then never got to experience being boyfriend and girlfriend? Happy endings do sometimes happen, you just have to believe in them. Haleigh smiled, she felt like a little love struck teenager again, except this time the feelings were true. Not just her hormones talking. She looked at him for a moment, pondering his words still. But of course, she is willing to wait… for however long it takes. She smiled again, not wanting him to rush into anything just because of her. She wanted him to ask her to be his girlfriend out of love.
Haleigh caught his smile and her knees melted. Yeah, I get what you mean. It’s hard to sometimes go up and ask a girl for help, considering the fact that it would be out of the guy’s comfort zone. I guess timing is everything. The guy just has to know what to ask, and when to ask it. Haleigh nodded, sympathizing with him totally. It must be really hard to talk to a girl sometimes. I mean, it’s pretty easy to tell if a girl should be talking to some guys. If he’s covered from head to toe in tattoos and piercings, I’m more than willing to just walk away from that situation. Although sometimes it is hard to figure out if you should be talking to someone or not. She looked up into his eyes, her shining. ‘I know for one thing: I should be talking to you.’ She thought to herself, not letting the words out. She looked down, embarrassed by such a strong feeling. She had had little crushes growing up, on older boys and younger boys and celebrities. But of course she had never dated any of them, or fallen in love with any of them. She had had a few boyfriends before but she didn’t go very far with them because she realized after the first few dates what they were after; something she hadn’t been willing to give up to them. But looking at Ty, sitting across from her, made her want to do anything to please him. She wanted to be with him forever.
He chuckled and she smiled, all he had to do was look her way and she’d melt. I don’t think it’ll be a problem, but we’ll just have to see. Maybe we will annoy each other once in a while. Gives good reasons for all the apologies that’ll be coming up in the future. Haleigh giggled. Yeah, that does work out alright, doesn’t it? Besides, if I never argued with you - I’d think that there was something wrong with us. I just hope that we don’t end up fighting all of the time. She had heard of long relationships going sour just because of something simple like, changing the colour of someone’s sock. Haleigh was definitely getting ahead of herself; they weren’t even in a relationship - yet. You and me both. She smiled, not bothering to reply to that because she would be blabbing yet again. She watched him as he seemed to slip off into another day dream, smiling before looking away. For once she glanced around and realized that the club had emptied out slightly since she’d last noticed the other people. She widened her eyes in amazement, that was something that she surely would have noticed… if she hadn’t been talking to such a great guy like Ty.
Haleigh saw his smile and sighed. She knew that she could never get tired of how his face seemed to light up whenever he looked her way. She had to concentrate on his words, trying to not get sidetracked by his looks. The alcohol here was really doing some crazy stuff to her. Sounds like a plan then. We’ll make jogging all that much more fun again for each other. Haleigh nodded, excited. She smiled, thinking. I would suggest that we go tomorrow morning, but I don’t think that I’ll be able to get out of bed for long… so maybe the day after? She didn’t want to be far away from him for long. She hoped to God that he would stay the whole night with her. She didn’t want to be alone anymore. She was really getting tired of that. Looking around once more, she watched as some people pointed over at the two lovebirds. She arched an eyebrow, but she was feeling loved so it didn’t stay up for long. She turned away, zoning back in on Ty. She liked how she could do that and not seem to scare him. Or make him feel uncomfortable. At least, the alcohol was taking care of that nicely enough. Just because she was glancing around more often didn’t mean he was loosing his effect on her; it was because she didn’t want to make him feel uncomfortable. She had a feeling that the alcohol he had in his system was helping him out too, but you could never be to sure.
Yeah, if everyone would be the same. It would just bland, and there wouldn’t be any joy in meeting anyone new. Haleigh nodded, completely agreeing with him - which happened more than she thought it could with a complete stranger. She thought about that for a moment. They couldn’t really be strangers anymore, could they? She knew his story and most of his background and she had told him most of her background and story. Hell, they’d been talking the night away. The bar was almost closing and they were still only making their way through the grassy, moonlit parking lot. Something that reminded her of Texas. Not all the parking lots were grassy, just the local bars. Yeah. I’m still shocked it took this long to disagree with one another, but I could get used to it, if it is going to be like this. Haleigh giggled and nodded, completely agreeing with him - yet again. As she looked at him in the moonlight, she yearned to be in his arms again, being held close. She almost took a step towards him - but caught herself, twirling over to where her car was. Little did she know that her happiness would be thrown out of the window a few seconds.
Yeah, living here for a while, I know a couple officers there. Used to get into trouble back in the days remember? It’ll be nice to drop by and give them a hello while I’m there. Haleigh realized how his tone had lightened up and smiled, she had totally forgotten that he’d been living here much longer than she had. Sounds like a plan. I could just wait in the car while you file it. Hell - if you take your time - I could probably fall asleep in the car. She laughed, and then felt a yawn rolling out of her mouth. She covered it, smiling sheepishly over at Ty. See what I mean? She smiled again. Well, let me pay for half of it at least. I feel partly responsible for it. After all, if I wasn’t talking to you the whole time, you might’ve left earlier. Haleigh rolled her eyes. Yeah, but if you hadn’t shown up I would have been a loner for most of the night, and probably would have ended up talking to some stupid guy who didn’t give a damn about what I thought or felt. Then he’d probably try to take me home, and I would end up leaving upset and distraught - possibly getting into an accident. She spoke in a little bit of a rush, but she wanted to show him that he was important to her. And so was their talk.
Haleigh watched him trying to keep his face composed. She wished that he could really relief some of the anger he was feeling; but there was just no way she could allow him to do something like that over a broken window. And it wasn‘t even his car to begin with! Yeah, I guess I should think before actually saying things like that. If I was to be put into jail, I wouldn’t be able to spend time with you. Haleigh felt her cheeks warm. Now that’s looking on the bright side. You sound more like the Ty I’m in love with. She widened her eyes in shock and her hand flew up to her mouth, completely and utterly shocked at how quickly those words flew out of her mouth. She lowered her hand slowly. Oh my God. I am so sorry… I- I shouldn’t have said that. She looked down, feeling upset and embarrassed. She wished that she hadn’t opened her big mouth; sure it was different when they were talking in third person about one another; but she had just admitted to saying she loved him! That was pretty big in her books. Not that she wanted to take it back; believe it or not but the words had felt right coming from her mouth.
oh oh see: bahahaha thankkies! : )

She smiled, as he did the same. He was all ears to whatever she had to say. They all held the utter importance to him. Well…if the two really love each other this much… then why wait? What if something happened to her or to him and then never got to experience being boyfriend and girlfriend? Happy endings do sometimes happen, you just have to believe in them. Ty nodded, and smiled widely. Haleigh wanted it to happen also, but time was the enemy here. No matter how much Ty wanted to be with her, and confess his love to her, he had to wait at least for a little while longer. Although the pain of holding it in was tough, having it all come out at once would feel a whole lot better in the long run. "Yeah, I know he would regret it forever if something had ever happened to her, and that they never had a chance to be together. A happy ending, it's always there. Let's just say. She'll be the princess of that happy ending in this whole thing which just seems to be a fairy tale." Ty had said. Oh, the longing to just be with her. It was almost unbearable. He wanted to hold her, to embrace her.
Ty caught a glance of her eyes yet once again. He melted away. It was bright and shiny, gleaming along with the light. Those brown eyes, it was so easy to get lost in them. "Yeah, I get what you mean. Well, at least I'm glad that I had the opportunity to talk to you today." Ty said, as he smiled. Haleigh looked down again. He thought this was normal, but she was in fact, looking at Ty a whole lot more now. Perhaps there had been a lingering feeling of awkwardness from looking at each other, but Ty sure didn't feel it. Ty's never felt this great about someone ever in his life. Sure, he had a couple girls in his life every now and then, but they never really lasted too long. The girl ended up either being rude, or being someone that mooched off of him. Haleigh was different. He had a different feeling about her. She was the perfect one, and he knew it and felt it.
Ty felt as if he had butterflies in his stomach whenever Haleigh glanced at him. Her smile, her giggles, it made him so happy. Yeah, that does work out alright, doesn’t it? Besides, if I never argued with you - I’d think that there was something wrong with us. I just hope that we don’t end up fighting all of the time. Ty nodded. Arguments were apart of any healthy relationship. Although they weren't really in one right now, they were on the verge of being one. "That's true. If we didn't argue, things would seem out of order wouldn't it? I hope we argue some of times though, just to make ourselves seem normal." Ty smiled. Well, on the verge of being on a relationship. Ty felt as if he was already in one with her. He felt as if she had already been his woman, his love. Maybe he was being too selfish, but this feeling wasn't something he couldn't deny. The feelings he had for her as of now weren't from the alcohol, but from deep within his heart. As he snapped back to reality, he noticed Haleigh staring off into the crowd for the first time. She looked beautiful, from any angle.
It was tough now to really listen to Haleigh. The crowd wasn't the reason, but it was due to the fact that he started to lose himself to her. He had to fight hard to focus, but the feeling of losing himself just kept coming back with every glance at her gorgeous face. I would suggest that we go tomorrow morning, but I don’t think that I’ll be able to get out of bed for long… so maybe the day after? Ty nodded and smile. "We'll just have to see. We wont know what'll come up until the time comes, but the day after sounds nice." Ty said as he smiled. He was thinking about it. As Haleigh invited Ty over to her place this evening, they might end up cuddling together all through the night. You never know what could happen. Life can always throw a curveball at you. He didn't really want to overthink the whole thing, it really wasn't all that healthy to be doing so. Ty wouldn't mind having spend the entire night with her though, hoping she wouldn't mind his company. Shortly afterwards, he caught a glance of her arching her brows, but then looked back at him. Ty just continued smiling.
How did two people, who were completely strangers to one another a couple hours ago, become so close? They felt as if they knew each other very well. Both shared various stories of their backgrounds, where they came from, some significant events in their lives. Complete strangers, to almost loverbirds. Was it even possible? This was the perfect example of love at first sight, and also that they were meant for one another. Ty wanted to hold her under the moonlight, having noticed she swayed closer for a second, but immediately pulling back out. Then life throws that one curveball, and all that comes to a pause.
Sounds like a plan. I could just wait in the car while you file it. Hell - if you take your time - I could probably fall asleep in the car. See what I mean? The mood had been lightening up, at least gradually. She had been smiling, and Ty soon returned to his jolly mood. "Well, if you're tired, you can stay in the car. I can take are of all that paperwork. Besides, it's been a long night anyways, I'll be sure to be as quiet as I can when I exit and enter the car later then." Ty said watching her yawn. Heck, even her yawn was beautiful. He caught her rolling her eyes. "That might've been the case, but thankfully, it wasn't. If you were to get into an accident, I wouldn't know what to do. Don't ever jinx yourself like that, at least for my sake." Ty said. He noticed how she tried to make it sound like he was important, and how their conversation at the moment had been important. He felt it, and was touched by it. "Sounds like we're having an argument too. I guess we're more normal than we thought we were." Ty joked. "But in all seriousness, I need to pick up part of the tab. It's just something I have to do, otherwise there would be something eating me alive on the inside." Ty reverted back into a more serious manner.
Ty slowly began to relieve his anger. Just a gaze at Haleigh's smile would help him a ton. Although the broken glass had always gave him that flash of anger, she was enough to help settle it. After all, the car was her baby. He wasn't going to let just anyone get away with hurting her baby. Now that’s looking on the bright side. You sound more like the Ty I’m in love with. Ty's ears twitched. Did he just hear what he thought he heard. Haleigh immediately put a hand over her mouth, with her eyes widened. Oh my God. I am so sorry… I- I shouldn’t have said that. Ty just chuckled lightly, and smiled. "It's okay." Ty paused for a moment. He put his arm around her shoulder and did sort of a side hug and had a smile on. "I know what you mean. I love you too." He had said, while pulling Haleigh gently closer to him.
OOC: And stall we will.

She was a big star at Banana Joe’s Bar, Where she sang karaoke every night. [/blockquote]_________________________________ Haleigh didn’t want him to slip through her fingers; she didn’t want to loose another person she cared about. She looked away; ashamed. She sounded like a desperate girl and what she really wanted was to be loved by someone whom she loved. Yeah, I know he would regret it forever if something had ever happened to her, and that they never had a chance to be together. A happy ending, it’s always there. Let’s just say. She’ll be the princess of that happy ending in this whole thing which just seems to be a fairy tale. Haleigh thought about his words; contemplating them; which she did often. Well she will gladly be that princess whenever her knight in shining armour is ready. She smiled, They will have quite the little fairytale life, won’t they? Hales said, giggling with a shine in her eyes that only Ty could bring out. Looking at him, she smiled again. Maybe it’s because she has never felt this way before and the emotions she is feeling are so strong that she doesn’t know what to do. She looked at him, confessing her heart out to him. She had no idea why she was confessing; maybe she just wanted him to understand her even more than he already did. She gave him a sheepish smile and then looked down at her lap, picking at a loose thread on her dark blue jeans. One of her comfiest pairs. They were also good luck; apparently they brought even more good luck than she had thought before meeting Ty.
Even though Haleigh was looking at Ty with a lovesick look in her shining eyes, she still managed to pay attention to every single word that came out of his mouth. She didn‘t think that she could ever ignore Ty. Even if for some reason he made her extremely mad she would never be able to tune him out like she did to other males before. Yeah, I get what you mean. Well, at least I’m glad that I had the opportunity to talk to you today. Haleigh knew that he wasn’t lying to her. She had a feeling that he could never lie to her; or at least not about something serious. Yeah - I feel pretty lucky to have run into you. My night would have sucked compared to what it’s turned into. She paused, thinking for a moment. Even though she was drunk; she got cautious about her words - every so often. I’m not saying that she is constantly watching what she says but she is a bit more aware of what comes out of her mouth when she’s drunk; unlike other people who might just blurt things out. Honestly; I am really grateful to you. If you hadn’t showed up; I probably would have been stuck talking to the bartender or something… and then I would drive home drunk and possibly get into trouble. Or I would pass out on the side of the road like I’ve done before. That’s not too comfy when you wake up and realize your neck is killing you. Yeah, she was talking a bit more, but he had his moments where he would speak more than she did, so it really did even out. She smiled over at him, keeping her mouth shut, so that she could hear his next words.
Even though Hales was looking around at the other people inside the large barn with them, she still turned her head to look at him when he spoke to her; a smile on her glossy lips. That’s true. If we didn’t argue, things would seem out of order wouldn’t it? I hope we argue some of times though, just to make ourselves seem normal. She smiled, nodding, as her eyes wandered away for a moment as she formed the words in her mind. Looking back at him, she opened her mouth to speak. Some stupid drunk walked past her and shoved her hard into the bar. Hair falling into her face, her side was pinched against the hard surface of the bar. She straightened herself up slowly, adjusting her hair. She turned her head in the direction of which the guy had walked away; and realized he was standing right there. She arched an eyebrow, glaring at him. Excuse me? Do you need something? She asked, her tone completely changed from the sweet syllables she had been using towards Ty. Anger made her voice thick and made her face change. She didn’t like being pushed around. And been a bit smaller; height wise; it offended her even more. ’Well yeah… you.’ The guy had leaned in closer to her ear and she widened her eyes, her mouth forming that trademark o of surprise. Fuck off. She said, turning away from him to look at the bar. She couldn’t look at Ty right now; she felt ashamed. Maybe she shouldn’t have come here tonight. Maybe she should have left a long time ago. ’Don’t be stupid - you have enjoyed your night with Ty. This drunk guy doesn’t need to ruin that for you.’ She told herself firmly, but all she could do was blink to keep the tears out of her eyes and pretend to be looking at all of the types of alcohol on the shelves behind the bar. She folded her arms onto the bar; making sure her purse was in front of her.
Hearing Ty’s voice made her turn to look at him. She didn‘t smile; but she paid attention to his words. She was just upset with what had just happened; her mind moving in slow motion. The drunk - he wasn‘t going anywhere which made her jumpy and nervous. At least she had Ty with her. We’ll just have to see. We won’t know what’ll come up until the time comes, but the day after sounds nice. Haleigh nodded, smiling a small smile. Just as long as you can fit it into your schedule. Mine’s fairly open. She smiled again; she didn’t have a schedule… except to go out and run at 6:30am every morning. She didn’t think that he would be willing to go out that early; but she figured she should tell him. I usually go out at six-thirty in the morning; but if you want to wait until a bit later on; or even in the evening; just let me know. I just like to get out there when it’s nice and cool out. Looking at Ty’s face for a moment longer, she glanced away to the bottles on the shelves in front of her; reading the labels to calm herself down. Her hands were shaking at the moment, good thing that they were leaving now. She couldn’t stand the drunk guy staring over her shoulder at her. It unnerved her, which was understandable, he was a weird looking guy.
She caught his smile and returned one; the mood was definitely more happy now than when she had first found her car had been trashed. Well, it you’re tired, you can stay in the car. I can take care of all the paperwork. Besides, it’s been a long night anyways, I’ll be sure to be as quiet as I can when I exit and enter the car later then. Haleigh smiled, he was so caring and thoughtful! Sounds like a plan; thanks for helping me out - I could always go and file the report tomorrow; but if you’re willing to help it would be a big relief. I get kind of scared around police officers - although I don’t know why. It wasn’t like she had done anything wrong before with the law; maybe some underage drinking - but everyone had done that at least once in their lifetimes. Oh don’t worry about waking me up; I’m sure that I will sleep through you getting in and out of the car anyways. I can be quite the deep sleeper. She giggled; she really could sleep through just about anything, and it got even worse when she had been out late and drinking. She wondered what time it was. She dug around in her purse looking for her cell phone. Pulling it out she opened it up, and squinted at it because the background was very bright. It was around twelve o’clock. She was surprised, as she shut her cell and slipped it back into her purse, she had thought it would be around one or two in the morning. ’Oh well more time to sleep with Ty.’ She thought cheerfully, looking over at him.
Haleigh was interested in what he had to say to what she had gone on and on about. She often did up little dreadful scenarios like that; it was just another thing that made Haleigh, Haleigh. That might’ve been the case, but thankfully, it wasn’t. If you were to get into an accident, I wouldn’t know what to do. Don’t ever jinx yourself like that, at least for my sake. Haleigh rolled her eyes, this time a smile on her face. Okay - fine - I’ll stop jinxing myself. Just for you. She flashed him another smile, grudgingly. Sounds like we’re having an argument too. I guess we’re more normal than we thought we were. Haleigh laughed, if this was what arguing with Ty was like, she could get used to that. Well, not used to, but she wouldn’t have to stress too much like she normally did when her and her father had disagreements. Well - I don’t have to be worried about arguing with you then. This is more like a ‘disagreement.’ She said, using her fingers around the word disagreement. She smiled, and then looked up at the stars twinkling away. She started to get lost in memories of star gazing; and then made up new ones with Ty involved in them. Her lips curved up into another big smile; she pictured them finding a grassy hill here and setting up a blanket to lie down on and look up at the stars. She wondered if he’d go for that. But instead of asking; she kept her mouth shut.
But in all seriousness, I need to pick up part of the tab. It’s just something I have to do, otherwise there would be sometime eating me alive on the inside. Haleigh nodded; she understood where he was coming from. Okay; I just felt bad letting you pay; but I don’t want you to be eaten alive! She said, giggling as she looked over at him. It’s okay. She heard his words stop and felt his arm around her shoulders. She stood up, and felt him wrap his strong arms around her again. She found it hard to hear his next words, her heart pounding in her ears. I know what you mean. I love you too. She was pulled even closer to him and her heart fluttered like crazy inside of her chest; like a butterfly. She smiled, smelling his smell. You don’t have to say that; just because I told you that. She didn’t know if he had just said that because she had and he felt unsure about his feelings; or if he really did mean that he loved her. Whatever the case; she was happy to be held in his strong arms right now. The evening air had been biting at her skin; making goose bumps all over; but with his strong arms around her she felt relaxed and warm. She felt her eyes close; partly because she was tired but she was also enjoying the moment of being in his arms.
